- Housing & Employment Assistance using resume-building bots, real-life career agents, and housing advocates.
- Nutrition Access in partnership with Alameda County’s Mobile Food Farmacy.
- Life Insurance Programs through vetted agents to ensure financial security.

We’ve launched a workforce of over 70 AI-powered agents, programmed to serve hundreds of people simultaneously while keeping operations lean and focused.

- Mr. Willie Green – Founder, Director & CEO: A visionary advocate leading with a boots‑on‑the‑ground philosophy to bring tangible hope to East Oakland and beyond.
- Artificial Intel (Pending) – CFO (Designate): Oversees financial operations with future nonprofit compliance, including 501(c)(3) processing and tax filings.
- AI & Human(s) Board of Executives - Pending.
- John Jones (Pending)– Housing Director (Nominee): Seasoned homelessness advocate who will lead housing placement and resource referrals.
- AI Operations Team: 70 AI bots + 3 core AI agents handling the website, CRM, and external user interactions & Board.
- Maria (HR Coordinator): Supports staff and volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and team structure.

Our Structure
Operating as a for‑profit entity temporarily (until our 501(c)(3) is finalized), all profits from merchandise and partner programs go toward client accounts. These accounts are managed by NMPP as fiduciary agents to provide financial oversight—not direct cash disbursements—to break cycles of poverty responsibly.
